Villa – Llucmajor

This modern villa built in 2005 is located in the first sea line in the south of Mallorca in the municipality of Llucmajor and offers breathtaking sea views to the bay of Palma. In 2019, the villa has already been partially renovated and the façade completely redesigned, as well as insulated. Regardless of this, the interior was out of date and lacking.

Extensive modernisation has upgraded the property both visually and functionally. With a now upscale interior through the replacement of floors, bathrooms and kitchen, as well as extensive defect removal, this villa has regained its original charm. The outdoor area has been transformed into a feel-good oasis for warm summer days with new tiled floors.
