The penthouse with a living area of 102 m² is located in the popular town of Santa Ponça, in the southwest of the island.
Thanks to extensive modernisation and an interplay between a light colour scheme and dark accents, the property has both a modern and homely feel.

The former floor tiles were replaced by a high-quality and visually appealing design covering and the new kitchen was colour-coordinated with the design of the flat. A new open staircase underlines the spaciousness of the entrance, living and dining area.
